Ordered 12 days ago from 2km down the road and nothing received yet, despite receiving MANY parcels within 2-3 days even in these times. No indication to show product has been shipped or not and no response to my follow up emails, and no phone number. Do not order from them...Update: On day 15 I heard back from them to say they were getting around to shipping it, and they had 1 out of 2 items I ordered in stock and did I want it? Product was fine but not really worth my time and the hassle.
