I ordered a jacket for my dog and it was too small. I placed another order for a larger one and then contacted customer support for instructions to return the one that did not fit. When I did not hear back I sent a second e mail and received a response almost immediately. I was told that to return the item would be inconvenient and since I had ordered another one already I could choose another item from their website for equal value, would not be charged for it and they would ship it for free. I was also told I could keep the one that was too small. To me that is excellent customer service.
