The boots I ordered didn't fit at all and the customer service offered to replace them at no charge, when we determined that the boots I wanted don't fit they offered me something else of equal value for free! Great customer service, but sad the boots didn't work out.

They made my day when I got the email…

They made my day when I got the email right away in response to exchange my jacket for a larger size ! They are replacing my jacket at no charge to me ! They were very quick to get back to me with help for the sizing , providing me with a chart on how to measure my dog !

Excellent Experience

The customer service is wonderful. I ordered a jacket which was too small. I asked how to return it. They said to send them the measurements and they would make sure I got the right size. Not only that, they said to keep the one I got. I gave it to a friend who will now also be a customer. Plus, the outfits are adorable!

Make sure you get your measurements!

I had ordered a harness for my mini doxie and the quality was great, but it was just a bit small. So I contacted the email provided to do an exchange and received a quick response. They were very helpful and offered to send me a one-time free replacement. I was very gracious for that. The product is great, but definitely make sure you get your doxie’s measurements before ordering. Also, I would recommend going a size up just in case.

Unfortunately these very well made dog booties did not fit our dog....however, the customer service was fast and professional and we look forward to receiving another pair.

Excellent Service!!!

The booties I ordered were the wrong size and Doxie.us told me what I needed to do - measure more correctly and they are exchanging the right size pair for my little furry Doxie without my having to ship back the first incorrect one!! Great service!!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a jacket for my dog and it was too small. I placed another order for a larger one and then contacted customer support for instructions to return the one that did not fit. When I did not hear back I sent a second e mail and received a response almost immediately. I was told that to return the item would be inconvenient and since I had ordered another one already I could choose another item from their website for equal value, would not be charged for it and they would ship it for free. I was also told I could keep the one that was too small. To me that is excellent customer service.

Great experience!

The products I received were of great quality, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes. I have sent them the measurements of my dog and they are sending the correct sizes to me. Very pleased with their customer service so far! They answered quickly and offered right away to correct the problem.
