Ordered a sweater WITH SLEEVES for my dog. They sent the wrong sweater. It was the same color but had a different braided pattern and had NO SLEEVES. It was also too small because their size chart is off. I spoke with customer service and sent them the picture they showed on the site of the sweater I had purchased- WITH SLEEVES. They informed me they will resent the proper sweater in the proper size for a ONE TIME FREE REPLACEMENT... a few months from the initial purchase date, it is now warm outside, I finally got the replacement sweater... it is wrong AGAIN. They basically sent the incorrect sleeveless sweater in the proper size, now.
Their site says they will provide refunds but fail to inform you that the price to send the product back to CHINA in order to get the refund is the customer's responsibility and is far more expensive.
Needless to say. I do NOT recommend buying from here. I would put zero stars if I could.
