I signed up for a trial, but they have been attempting to charge me $20 every three days for months. I made several attempts to cancel the subscription through the app and sent emails, but received no response. I ultimately had to block the merchant through my bank, thankfully my bank offers that option. This app feels like a total scam!

I ordered a standard product directly from the seller, but it arrived dead. They ignored my warranty claim submitted through their website. When I called, I was told that the relevant department was understaffed and asked to send a video. I thought stating 'it turns on but won't vibrate' was enough, but I complied. Now, they have ignored my video for a week. I'm out 70 and left with a useless item.
