We booked a car in Valencia and paid the full amount online. Due to a misunderstanding with the booking time, we arrived 3 hours later than scheduled. Despite the fact that we contacted them, they marked our reservation as a "No Show" and cancelled it immediately.
They kept 100% of our money and refused to provide the service or offer any alternative. Their customer support is non-existent—they only send automated emails quoting their "Terms and Conditions" to justify why they are keeping your money for a service they never provided.
A 3-hour delay is a common travel occurrence, but DoYouSpain uses it as an excuse to rob tourists. If you want to save your money and your nerves, book directly with a reputable car rental company, NOT through these scammers.
