But when the customer go to collect the vehicle from the rental company, they straight away refuse to accept the insurance cover which was bought by customer from Do You Spain. Then the rental company obligate the client to buy insurance from them which is 4 to 5 times higher than Do You Spain. As they do that at the last moment, therefore the customer isn't left with any other choice except being blackmailed and buy insurance from the rental company. Like this Do You Spain get vehicle rent as well as insurance and then the rental company get three times more again. Like this the customer pay twic. First to Do You Spain and then to the rental company.
This is a preplanned fraud which is being committed by Do You Spain and rental company. If you complain, First they avoid to receive the complaints and waste as much time they can. Then they try to confuse clients with insurance contract. If one out of thousands try to run after them, they tell him stories and try to get rid of. They never like to issue the complaint form. They try to avoid it as much they can. Like this, they both Do You Spain as well as rental companies are involved in this preplanned fraud.

After receiving reply from do you Spain, I must tell people that this is over one month I am asking DoYouSpain for complaint Form (Hoja De Reclamación) but they haven't given me till today. I also must include that I have written DoYouSpain over 12 emails requesting the complaint form. They are giving me because they know their legal position. They are ripping hundreds of people every day which must be stopped. To start the legal process against them I need complaint form from them but they aren't giving me.
