The customer support was incredibly disrespectful. On January 2, 2026, at 2:25 PM, I contacted the customer service line given in an email regarding a previous issue. That email confirmed that the delivery driver had left my package in the hallway instead of at my doorstep. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the following week. When I called to report this ongoing problem, the representative refused to listen, was dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since the issue had already been acknowledged. I expected better communication and accountability.
