It's Not the Drivers, It's the Software

I recently left a review thinking the driver had simply failed to deliver. However, after leaving the review, I encountered the driver who was about to deliver the item. This package had been marked as undelivered despite receiving a message that the driver had attempted delivery when we were actually home. The driver explained that this happens frequently; the app inaccurately indicates delivery status, leading to customer frustration directed at the drivers. The service needs to improve its software to support its employees better, as it is a large enough company to ensure its internal systems function correctly rather than just focusing on profits.
