This is my second negative experience, highlighting a troubling pattern of laziness and unprofessionalism. For the first delivery, I was home the entire time, yet the delivery person did not ring the bell or attempt to come upstairs, resulting in a false failed delivery. For the second, I chose a nearby pickup station, but the driver ignored this and left the parcel at a distant shop that was closed when I needed to retrieve it. This lack of adherence to instructions and basic delivery attempts is unacceptable. Training for delivery staff is necessary to respect customers' time.
