The absolute worst!! Please stop using DPD it’s a lottery whether you get it or not. Both me and my husband were home at the time of delivery and all of a sudden it says no one was home to take delivery?! I have a Ring camera and ring doorbell and there was no attempt and both of us were home! Next thing you know..it’s gone missing and they can’t find it. Customer service is appalling and take no accountability. Hung up on me twice and left me on hold for 15mins for no reason. Companies need to stop using their courier service.
