That email confirmed that the delivery driver had left my package in the hallway instead of at my doorstep. Regrettably, the same problem recurred the following week. When I called to report this ongoing issue, the representative refused to listen, was dismissive, and ultimately ended the call on me. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since the problem had already been acknowledged. I anticipated better communication and accountability.
