Lost parcel that I left in the drop off box. Unable to locate it, they saying it was collected by the driver, but then they lost the track of it.... I was in touch with them few times, once they told me it will be collected between 230 and 3:30 by the courier. I went to double check in person. When courier scanned the barcode on the machine it said there is nothing to collect for him...
