I had my parcel delivered by DPD and the service was excellent from start to finish.
The tracking updates were clear and accurate, the delivery arrived right within the scheduled time slot, and the driver was polite and professional. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.
It’s always reassuring when a delivery company does exactly what they promise — and DPD absolutely delivered. Great service all round.

The delivery driver decided to take a picture of someone else fence instead of using common sense.
Wont be seeing my 02 package the way they keep going.
Common sense to go looking for a front door? none by the way the driver acted.
How hard is it to ring or go asking for a front door?

Sent me a message saying it would be delivered about 1pm....when i checked tracking it would only show my delivery location choice. Could not contact anyone as webpage contact options are dead ends.. sometimes when i would check tracking it would say 'page not found' or ' tracking not recognised'
Contacted the seller who said it would arrive today, Monday.. dpd email.to say it wpuld arrive was correct fpr todau. Bit friday would have helped to know what issue you had..eg

This was the second time I had to order these goods as the first time you returned them saying they could not be delivered. This is nonsense as there is a 24 hour concierge service, a back up hone number, and a call by the door to our apartment if neither of those two work. Odd how the only courier we have issues with is dpd.

These guys are not to be trusted with delivery, i have two parcels waiting for pickup in a locker, 7 days and they never collect. You contact customer service, they don't even understand English, let alone speak it. They would send you back and forth between buyer and seller. If you have a month, yes use them for delivery but not timely deliveries. Very extremely disappointed by these guys. Zero help for customer service

Unbelieveble, I even put a note on the door saying knock loudly, driver didnt even knock, put a card through the door and drove off. I still Cant believe what hapened. Also my notes said leave on front porch.but he failed the delivery.
Update!! I have recheduled this delivery to be delivered to parcel shop, but driver turned up at my home, took a picture of my door and drove off again! Its just unvelievable, I saw him do it through my window.

Never had a problem with these guys, they always go the extra mile, you're constantly kept updated and they rarely miss the designated timeslot. Only negative is when a company won't allow a safe place or neighbour drop off if you aren't in! Not DPDs fault, but come on now, not everyone is on benefits or retired! Some of us do work for a living....

Had a delivery scheduled. Delivery driver takes a picture of the building entrance and crops out the intercom. He then calls me one time at 9:03am and by 9:05am when I go outside he’s gone. DPD won’t even use a call box to try and deliver. Their drivers are so lazy they use the app to call and unless you come outside and come to them, they drive off and claim they had no access. They even go out of their way to try and make it seem as though they tried to deliver and couldn’t. Why would he upload proof and then crop out the callbox? Because he wanted it to appear he was behind a locked door and I didn’t answer. When really he should’ve gotten out of his car and rang the flat. Not rely on a single phone call at 9am and then drive off a minute later. I advise anyone who needs a delivery service not to use DPD as your customers will be inconvenienced and DPD will embarrass you with their service! I also checked their website and it says you can call to file a complaint. Yet 4 different DPD staff refused to file a complaint. Claiming they can’t file a formal complaint and all the managers are busy. Saying all they can do is make a note of how I feel and the failed delivery but they can’t file a complaint. So I’ve now contacted the seller telling them not to send DOD back to my house. Either use a different courier or cancel the delivery.
