My package was noted as undelivered even though I was at home, which I can prove with video evidence since I am in an apartment hotel. No courier arrived. Customer support claimed they tried to deliver to a local store, but it was refused twice due to technical issues. The need to change couriers is unacceptable for a service that promises home delivery. Instead of a proper delivery, I received misleading information and my package was sent back. Contacting customer support only resulted in unhelpful responses, and now I have to bear the cost of this inadequate service. It's a total scam.
