Extremely disappointing courier service

This courier service has been a nightmare. My package has been stuck at the sorting facility for eight days with no updates. This is the third occurrence, and it’s clear that this company needs to be reevaluated.

Delivery Issues and Lack of Service

My package was marked as undelivered even though I was at home and can prove it with video, as I'm in an apartment hotel. No courier showed up. Customer care told me they attempted delivery at a local store, but it was refused twice due to technical issues. The need to change the courier is unacceptable for a service that claims to deliver to your home. Instead of a proper delivery, I received false information and had my package sent back. Contacting customer care only resulted in receiving unhelpful information, and now I have to pay for this poor service. It's a complete rip-off.

Terrible Delivery Experience

Another Terrible Experience

Once again, the service was terrible. The driver for my address didn't know what to do when I was just a few minutes away and sent my order back to the sender. Now my order has been canceled because of this incompetent driver.

Caution: Unreliable Service

Be cautious of this service! Whenever I ship with them, the measurements are consistently incorrect. Despite having proof (I take photos of the measurements and weight), they impose unjustified fees. I hope consumer protection agencies will take action against this dubious service.

Consistently Poor Service

This service is the worst I've encountered. I frequently have issues, as the courier never calls and doesn’t show up, even though I’m home all the time. I always receive notifications stating I was absent. I’ve never faced such problems with other delivery companies.

The customer service experience was very disappointing. My parcel was redirected repeatedly, and delivery was delayed for over a week—long enough that I had to leave for a business trip. The tracking was unclear, showing a branch instead of my address, leaving me uncertain about where my parcel would end up. Eventually, it was delivered to a drop-off point with only two days to collect it. I requested an extension of the storage period, even willing to pay extra, but the answer was simply 'no.' This is unacceptable, especially when the delays were caused by the service.

Wasted Time Waiting

I waited outside in cold weather for my parcel, but no one came. The next update I saw online was that the parcel was refused. I think this large company doesn't care about small packages.
