Last Monday morning I ordered some items with Zooplus. I am their client for 12,5 years. Never had real trouble with their deliveries. They choose the transport company. O boy... This time it is DPD Poland. Meanwhile it is Friday evening and all I know is that the parcel is with DPD..... No possibility to contact DPD in another language than Polish. Please ZOOPLUS do not ever again use the 'services'of these bloody arrogant and STUPID POLLOCKS
