My package was marked as undelivered even though I was at home and can prove it with video, as I'm in an apartment hotel. No courier showed up. Customer care told me they attempted delivery at a local store, but it was refused twice due to technical issues. The need to change the courier is unacceptable for a service that claims to deliver to your home. Instead of a proper delivery, I received false information and had my package sent back. Contacting customer care only resulted in receiving unhelpful information, and now I have to pay for this poor service. It's a complete rip-off.
