Absolutley appaling service today. Waited in all morning and delivery driver Harsimranjit from Morley depot knocked and waited exactly 9 seconds before throwing the delivery slip in my garden and leaving with my parcel. Got to the door as he was driving away. Checked my ring camera to verify this. How is 9 seconds a reasonable time to wait for someone to get to the door?! I rang customer services who promised to call the depot and then call me back and they never did. My parcel now says being returned to sender. Absolutely ridiculous
