Appalling. DPD claimed a parcel was delivered at a given time around noon and - this a blatant lie - was signed for by myself. No ring on doorbell, no phone call, no message, no delivery and no signed for by myself. This has occurred twice before with DPD. I have avoided buying from any company that I know uses DPD. I was not aware this parcel was to be delivered by DPD until I received a Whats App telling me I would receive delivery in a hour's window - message received well after the delivery was claimed to be made. Shocking
