Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! I received notifications ahead of time, as well as on the delivery day, regarding the delivery schedule. The courier's service was excellent too. We had a local courier who was fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It seems that no one was available during the attempted delivery of my parcel, as there was no knocking or ringing of the doorbell at all. Now, five days later, I'm left uncertain about when my parcel will actually arrive since the service has not responded to my inquiries.
I was given a delivery window for today, December 31st, but they never arrived. When I called, I was told to calm down because the tracking showed the parcel was still en route. I stayed by the window the whole time, yet no delivery van came. Two hours later, the tracker claimed they attempted delivery and called me, which didn’t happen! I spent the entire afternoon on the phone with numerous representatives, all passing me around without any solutions. Now, they’re closed until January 5th. The package contained my new phone and SIM card, and my current one will be deactivated at midnight. Thanks to their negligence, I’ll be without a working phone or SIM for at least five days! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
I truly cannot understand how the ratings are so elevated! I would kindly request that the service team instruct their drivers (except for the excellent one who usually handles my deliveries) to make use of the doorbells and knockers provided. My €400 delivery was left on the doorstep while someone was home waiting. This is unacceptable, and it took a neighbor who noticed to ring the bell and inform us. A simple ring or knock is not too much to ask. It seems like the drivers do not care! Thanks for your attention.
