I received an SMS from DPD Ireland about a delivery scheduled for today. I went to the link to change the delivery date — but the form didn’t work at all. The field kept resetting to blank no matter what I entered, even after trying multiple browsers and phones.I then tried using the live chat, waited 30 minutes, only to see an error saying “There was a problem when connecting you to an agent.” This happened three times in a row. When chat wasn’t available, I was offered to send an email instead — but clicking Send did absolutely nothing. The email was not sent.There is no phone number, no working chat, and no functioning email form. DPD Ireland is literally impossible to reach. This is unacceptable and far below professional standards for a delivery company.UPS solved a similar issue for me over the phone in a few minutes — DPD should learn from that level of service.Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
