Extremely disappointing. They promised delivery between 16:00 and 18:00, but that didn’t happen. They attempted delivery at 19:25, which was far too late for our business needs. We opted for the next delivery day—Friday—but it was canceled without any clear reason. Now, we have to wait another week for something that was supposed to arrive in one day. A truly tragic situation.
