The courier was just a few stops away but never made contact, and the package never arrived. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that the package would be delivered in the coming days, but that never happened. The tracking indicated the parcel was "held at their premises and waiting for delivery." After contacting support again, I was told the parcel was lost. Days later, the tracking showed the parcel was back in the country of origin, and support claimed it was on its way to me, yet the tracking information disappeared from my account, leaving me with no updates. I asked them to reactivate the tracking without any response. Two days later, I received a reply stating that "due to an error, the parcel was sent back to the sender." There seems to be nothing else I can do, no compensation offered, and I remain skeptical about the parcel being sent back until it actually arrives.
Extremely disappointing. They promised delivery between 16:00 and 18:00 but failed to deliver. They attempted to deliver at 19:25, which was far beyond the promised time, especially since we ordered as a business. We opted for next-day delivery on Friday, but that was canceled for no apparent reason. Now, we have to wait another week for something they assured would arrive in one day. A frustrating experience.
