DPD were entrusted by merchants in Italy to deliver wine and products to the UK in the period before Christmas 2020. It was important to get consignments moving before the final BREXIT date at the end of the year. It seems they failed to get themselves organised and this resulted in disappointment at both ends as cases were shipped back.
