We paid for the parcel on Friday morning 12.11. The parcel should have been picked up by 6pm. Nobody took.Monday morning we called the office. Promised to pick up before 6 pm. Not taken. Tuesday morning we called again. Promised to pick up by 5 pm. Not taken. 5 min. past 5 pm. we called the office. Promised to pick up before 6 pm. Five min. to 6 pm we called the office. Promised to pick up on Wednesday and call in the morning to inform us when the parcel will be picked up. No one called. Wednesday morning we call the office again. Again they promised to pick up... We understand that a professional liar answers phone calls. Managers don’t work. DPD cars pass us 4-5 times a day. Extremely unprofessional organization of work.
