Days later, the tracking showed the parcel was back in the country of origin, and support claimed it was on its way to me, yet the tracking information disappeared from my account, leaving me with no updates. I asked them to reactivate the tracking without any response. Two days later, I received a reply stating that "due to an error, the parcel was sent back to the sender." There seems to be nothing else I can do, no compensation offered, and I remain skeptical about the parcel being sent back until it actually arrives.
