I had a package due on August 13th. Evening tracking showed 'delivery attempt failed - incorrect address.' After 30 minutes on hold, the representative claimed the address was wrong but couldn't explain why. Their solution? I had to pick it up myself. Ironically, they can find a pickup location nearby but can't deliver to the same address. It's completely nonsensical. I will avoid this service in the future.
