I was waiting for a delivery at home, but the driver never rang the bell and didn't leave any notice in my mailbox. I truly doubt he even arrived at my address. I received an email claiming the driver missed me and that the package would be delivered the next working day. However, when I called the support team to express my concerns, I found out that my package was actually left at the nearest parcel shop. Not only did the driver fail to deliver, but I was also misinformed about what happened to my package. After reading numerous negative reviews about this service, I felt compelled to contact the sender to urge them to reconsider their partnership with this delivery company.
For the second time in three weeks, the service indicated a package was delivered, but nothing arrived. The driver seems either dishonest or unable to read the address. When I reached out for help, they simply directed me to contact the supplier, even when the driver was nearby. Avoid this service!

I wish I could give a zero rating. It took nine days for them to claim they couldn't find my address, even though the driver passed my street. I called to change the location because the initial one was closed, but they ignored my requests. I had to drive 54 minutes to retrieve it from their depot, where the staff was rude and unhelpful.
I truly don't understand how this service operates. My parcel was sent via an expedited option and was scheduled for same-day delivery. I waited during the entire time window, but the driver came close and made no delivery attempt. They marked the address as incorrect without trying to deliver or even call me, despite having my contact details. This is frustrating and unprofessional.
I had a package due on August 13th. Evening tracking showed 'delivery attempt failed - incorrect address.' After 30 minutes on hold, the representative claimed the address was wrong but couldn't explain why. Their solution? I had to pick it up myself. Ironically, they can find a pickup location nearby but can't deliver to the same address. It's completely nonsensical. I will avoid this service in the future.
