They are terrible!!! I've ordered from Zara, they said it was delivered, and it wasn't. I've complain and what was my surprise , they just falsified my signature!! I will never ordre again online, with the fear that it will be delivered with dpd. The worse entreprise in Luxembourg, they should be closed!!!
