I had a delivery scheduled to arrive next week tuesday and as such I was waiting for it. However today (Saturday) I received an email that a delivery attempt was made on my address at 7:36 AM. Besides the delivery being attempted during the weekend it was also attempted outside normal working hours. I also didn't get any notification of the delivery being attempted as I usually do with most packages (including with past packages from this same carrier) and my contact phone number was not reached any time during the attempt (doing so could have caused me to wake up and pick up and delivery obviously)I also have tried to contact the support but as it currently is weekend I am unable to reach out to support until monday. I find it extremelly unprofessional to have packages being delivered without support being available thorough that time since customers can't contact the company at all in order to discuss about the package
