My parcel was dropped off at a ParcelShop three business days ago. According to the delivery times provided by DPD when the postage was purchased, it should have been delivered to me by now. However, the parcel has not even been collected from the drop-off location.I spent over 40 minutes on the phone and in the app’s chat trying to reach a human representative, as the chatbot could not deal with this issue. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told there was a problem with the parcel and that I would receive a callback. I missed the call by a few seconds, and since then it has been impossible to speak to a human again.It is extremely frustrating to be unable to resolve a straightforward issue because access to proper customer support is so limited. Very disappointing experience.
