I used the DPD online parcel shop service for the first time, sending 3 parcels out on 16.12.2025.2 have still not been delivered, the system says they were not actually put in the parcel locker (they were) and I have been trying to chase this up as they have my parcels and have charged for a service and my parcels are NOT delivered.The online help won't let me get past the "you havent sent the parcel screen" and the phone support says they can't do anything as its the online team. I have now escalated it and been told they will investigate what has happened but I don't expect anything to come from it as I have chased up 4 times.Once we have placed the parcels into the locker, its out of our hands and I cannot believe 2 parcels have gone missing and DPD are not interested in sorting it out, they just keep palming me off with vague assurances to wait a little longer. Its been nearly a month now.I will not be sending any parcels with them in the future and I urge others to change methods also
