DPD are always great.
Only had one instance where a driver delivered my two parcels, one was missing, he said it was on another van delivering, it wasn’t, he left it at the depot, which is rather he had just been honest with me and said.
But customer service were great, spoke to a lovely lady, can’t remember her name, but she sorted delivery for next day.
Just to say, only had this one issue in all my deliveries.
