Review Time
Parcel from Iron Heart has been languishing in Southampton since the 19th Feb (evening of the 23rd now). No reason, no ETA, no customer service number, no working email. Maybe it'll show up. Maybe it's lost. Abysmal beyond words.
I ask every week to leave at the side of the house behind the bins!
It is ALWAYS on the front door step of a very public road where ipackages are often taken.

We were expecting a delivery on this day and I was only going out for an hour or two thatday. I got a text message saying that Rob would deliver my goods in the hour fifteen minutes after i was due out. I replied on their website that I was to leave at 1pm.Rob then arrived at 12.45 as he had read my message and made sure that he could deliver before I went out. That was great service
Excellent service. Delivery men were very helpful and carried both items in , instead of ' dumping ' them on the front.
Also they were friendly and smiled, which is very rare these days.⁷
drivers too lazy to deliver properly even though I am at home all day. Parcels get stolen from the communal area and it is clear signposted as unsafe. Drivers do not care about parcels destination as long as it is off their van
Receive a message 'handed to resident' A lie, luckily an honest resident brought heavy item from the foyer to my door.
The next week, the same driver delivered again, did the same thing and when I questioned him from my window on 2nd floor, said it was his first time delivery to my address! LIAR. Name of Subhi or Suhbi
This delivery was ‘attempted’ a couple of times when we were actually home. We then received a photo of a pretend delivery with a black screen. We were again at home so this delivery was never attempted at that time. My item ended up going to back to supplier when I urgently needed what I had ordered for a client at work. Needless to say, I am NOT happy.
Arranged delivery for Monday as I would be home all day. (needed proof of age, so had to be in)
Got a time slot for the delivery on Saturday?
Changed my plans to be at home, given time slot came and passed, tracker said delivery was running late but would be with me shortly.
Waited in for another 3 hours until I received an email saying sorry we missed you???
I have a video door bell and cctv, there was nothing missed! It was never attampted, just a no show.
