Parcel sent on 31 march 2026 . And despite numerous calls to dpd they wont deliver to samsung . I was told to call the sender i explained im the sender but they would not tell me where my parcel is a return to samsung which is very expensive samsung wont help track it and the dpd person i spoke to just simply said sorry cant help despite the fact they have had the parcel for 11 days . Dont use this company its clear they have stolen or lost the parcel and they wont offer a solution i now have to claim through my credit card DONT USE THEM
