The service has been extremely poor. An item was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, and here it is Tuesday with no sign of it. No delivery was made on Wednesday. I was at home but received a notification at 9 PM stating delivery was attempted but the property was inaccessible, which is false! I arranged for it to be sent to a local pick-up point the next day, but for four days, there were no updates. The parcel unexpectedly showed up at my home today, but the driver had to take it back since it was meant for the pick-up point. Despite showing my ID, he refused to give it to me... now it's back at the warehouse, and I have no clue if I will actually receive it or if it will be sent to the pick-up point. This has been the worst experience I've had with a courier service.
