Disappointed with the promised service

I am not satisfied with the service, as they promised Door to Door delivery. When they arrived at my apartment, they requested additional fees to transport the items to my 5th floor, even though a lift was available. The behavior of the delivery staff was unprofessional.

Extremely Poor Service

The service has been extremely poor. An item was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, and here it is Tuesday with no sign of it. No delivery was made on Wednesday. I was at home but received a notification at 9 PM stating delivery was attempted but the property was inaccessible, which is false! I arranged for it to be sent to a local pick-up point the next day, but for four days, there were no updates. The parcel unexpectedly showed up at my home today, but the driver had to take it back since it was meant for the pick-up point. Despite showing my ID, he refused to give it to me... now it's back at the warehouse, and I have no clue if I will actually receive it or if it will be sent to the pick-up point. This has been the worst experience I've had with a courier service.

Questionable Carrier Choices

Why is this carrier being used? For seven consecutive days, they have failed to deliver. There are no updates or explanations—just daily no-shows after receiving texts stating it’s out for delivery. The monitor I ordered requires a signature, forcing me to rearrange my work every day to be home, only for it to be a no-show each time! It's beyond frustrating, and the website provides either no or incorrect information.

Delivery Took Forever

Delivery for the PC was scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM, but there was zero tracking. On the first day, I waited all day and it finally arrived at 7:35 PM, just after I had given up. No phone call, just left. On the second day, I didn’t wait around, but luckily happened to be home at 7:30 PM when the PC finally arrived, an hour and a half outside the delivery window. A week later, the laptop was supposed to arrive during the same 10-hour window but supposedly arrived at 8:44 PM with a claim of 'owner not home.' This was a lie—there was no missed delivery note, and my CCTV showed no delivery van or driver. This is the worst delivery service I have ever faced.

Delivery Claims Are False

The tracking website is infrequently updated and inaccurate. The scheduled delivery date was postponed without notice. No delivery occurred on the rescheduled date, and their website falsely claimed I wasn't home when I was actually waiting by the doorbell, trying to contact the seller about the missing order.

Terrible Courier Experience

I’m adding to the numerous negative reviews about this poor courier service. It's once again about the delivery (or lack thereof) of a computer. Like many others, it’s been a saga of promised delivery dates being changed or canceled, with every date requiring me to stay home for 10 hours, without any option to specify an alternative drop-off location if I'm unavailable. Since I work away, the delivery was meant for my mother’s house, and she has had to cancel plans multiple times only to stay in for no reason. The constant changing of delivery dates and promises is what makes it worse, as I have to adjust my commitments, only to find out later that it was all pointless. I cannot believe the company is unaware of the consistently poor service provided and it seems they are indifferent, which is why I will take my business elsewhere.

Delivery Was on Time, But...

The company delivered on the promised day. I’m deducting a point due to the broad delivery window and lack of updates. In 2025, it’s unusual to face such imprecision, which could be challenging for those who cannot work from home unexpectedly. I expected more from the service. I hope to remember this aspect of my buying experience when I need to purchase a laptop again.

Another Disappointing Delivery

I ordered another laptop and was informed that they are using this carrier. It was supposed to be delivered today, and I haven’t heard anything from them, and it’s now 5:30 PM. I worked from home today for this delivery and need to be back at the office tomorrow. I won’t be home to receive it unless it arrives in the next 30 minutes. Their tracking system is terrible; it simply states it’s out for delivery. Where? When?
