Delivery for the PC was scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM, but there was zero tracking. On the first day, I waited all day and it finally arrived at 7:35 PM, just after I had given up. No phone call, just left. On the second day, I didn’t wait around, but luckily happened to be home at 7:30 PM when the PC finally arrived, an hour and a half outside the delivery window. A week later, the laptop was supposed to arrive during the same 10-hour window but supposedly arrived at 8:44 PM with a claim of 'owner not home.' This was a lie—there was no missed delivery note, and my CCTV showed no delivery van or driver. This is the worst delivery service I have ever faced.
