Just read the review from Mr Locke who had the same experience yesterday. My delivery should have been here on 29th August according to Dell. I got a vague update with no explanation saying it was pending, then I had a delivery date of 4th so I arranged work around it and they changed it to today mid morning with no explanation. Change my work plans again and then today I stayed home from 8am and its now 5pm so they have an hour to deliver it. What courier company these days says you have to be in all day. Absolute pants. Wont buy Dell again and if they insist on using these clowns. I'll retract the clown name calling if they turn up in the next hour.
