The customer care and delivery service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. After a month of waiting for my new computers to arrive, I am still waiting. Notice of delivery usually comes the night before delivery and they can only state that delivery will be between 8am and 6pm the next day. On each occasion I have had to cancel or rearrange a day's worth of meetings last minute in order to be available to take my delivery but even after 6 attempts I have still not received the delivery. The worst it is that the customer service and the delivery company are rude and blame me for their mistakes in passive/aggressive messages, suggesting that on each occasion I refused the deliveries. Which is not correct! . If a driver is lost, why cant they just phone the poor sod who is waiting for them rather than just clicking an app to say that the order was refused!! On one occasion they tried to deliver late at night (well after the 6pm stated) and blamed me for not being in the office, although I dont even know if they went to the right address.
