I will start by saying how happy I am with the customer service. They had to take extra time to help me on the original order, due to a manufacturing defect on size. They worked with very well to resolve the issue. I found another item I wanted to swap to. While any back and forth chat can take a while it felt honest and true. Made it feel worth while.
