I consistently use gift cards and avoid withdrawing from my regular bank account to keep my finances separate. The platform is alleging that I deposited $80, which was supposedly reversed by the bank. However, they allowed me to use that $80, and now they are holding $100 of my funds without allowing me to play. I can't withdraw my money, and they are asking for another $80, but they refuse to take it from my account. I have bank statements that confirm I never moved any funds from my account to their site. Additionally, I can't review my transaction history on their platform to demonstrate that I never gambled with that $80. I have sufficient funds and have had no issues with other services. Customer support has been nonexistent, and I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
