On 24-02-2026, I purchased a VPS from Dragohost (dragohost.cloud) after discussing everything directly with the owner on Discord. I trusted them and completed the payment as instructed.After payment, I tried accessing the server, but the node was not connecting at all. I immediately informed the owner. He did try to check it, but the issue was never resolved. The server remained unusable.Since the service was not working, I politely requested either a replacement VPS or a refund. Instead of giving me a proper response or trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was suddenly blocked from everywhere. No explanation, no refund, no solution.As a customer, this was very disappointing. I understand that technical issues can happen, but blocking a paying customer instead of communicating and resolving the problem is unacceptable.I had genuine expectations when purchasing the VPS, but the way this situation was handled completely broke my trust. I would advise others to be cautious and make sure there is proper billing, refund policy, and buyer protection before making any payment.
