On 24-02-2026, I purchased a VPS from Dragohost (dragohost.cloud) after discussing everything directly with the owner on Discord. I trusted them and completed the payment as instructed.
After payment, I tried accessing the server, but the node was not connecting at all. I immediately informed the owner. He did try to check it, but the issue was never resolved. The server remained unusable.
Since the service was not working, I politely requested either a replacement VPS or a refund. Instead of giving me a proper response or trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was suddenly blocked from everywhere. No explanation, no refund, no solution.
As a customer, this was very disappointing. I understand that technical issues can happen, but blocking a paying customer instead of communicating and resolving the problem is unacceptable.
I had genuine expectations when purchasing the VPS, but the way this situation was handled completely broke my trust. I would advise others to be cautious and make sure there is proper billing, refund policy, and buyer protection before making any payment.

The one on one customer service, live updates on everything thats happening, getting answeres to my questions as late as 4-5 AM in the morning is what makes this hosting great. The limitless experience and uninterupted gameplay is ofcourse the cherry on top. Overall, this hosting set has set a high standard in my mind which other's would maybe not achieve.
I have shifted server many times in the past due to issue like ping and ddos but here we have all the things maintainaned with detailed advance announcement, prices looks high but when u purchase server and judge it , it will feel worthy of that 💓💓 - Owner of Army Smp
