Had a business delivery where they said they couldn't deliver between the hours of 7:30am and 5pm because it didn't fit in their route to deliver at a time during our store hours. They even went as far as to ask my staff to come and pick it up!
I will be making sure my parent company knows not to use this delivery service again - they are more of a pick it up yourself service
very disappointed and do not suggest to use if your delivery is important
