I wish more companies will say which delivery service they use so I know who to avoid. Dragonfly has the worst service. I think most of there drivers might actually be illiterate or just lazy. One of the drivers called me to have me met him at his truck to get my package. He was literally infront of my place and I even wrote specific instructions.
This is this 3rd time using them as a pick up service for an Amazon return. They are always hours late. They will not pick up a parcel from a porch, which I understand. However, when they set up a time frame for pickup and don't get there for 3+ hours late, it's a waste of time and totally inconvenient! It's easier to just drive it to Staples myself and will do so in the future. Do not use this option from Amazon! It's not worth it!
Got an email 0744 this morning "Your package arrives today!"
Clicked link in email and website said "On our way to you!" with delivery between 1155 and 1455.
Checked again at 1600, "ESTIMATED ARRIVAL
Pending calculations!"
It's now 2200 and no delivery or word.
I am disabled and the Dragon fly driver Mohit driver for Toronto, Ontario in the East York area phone number 437 878 2808 assumed and expected me to go down stairs and pick up my package. I told him I could not and that I really needed my package, please don’t leave He lied and said there was no parking for him and he could not deliver and hung up on I called him back and said I had arranged for my neighbour to go down to meet him on short notice. He called back in literally 10 seconds later stating there was no one there. When my neighbour reached downstairs, the driver drove off. I called customer service and that experience was even worst. The customer service agent acted dismissive and seemed quite annoyed with having to listen and answer my questions regarding a solution. He was talking over me and condescending. Can’t get access to speak to a supervisor. When calling Dragonfly there is a recording stating that they will not tolerate any verbal abuse and so on. Well that should have been a clear sign of the quality of service I was about to get, cause their customer service is less than ZERO!!!!!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. The drivers are completely unprofessional; they struggle with English and have difficulty reading instructions. It's baffling how this company remains operational when packages are consistently delivered to the wrong addresses or unsafe locations, despite clear directions to leave them at the rear door. I have video evidence of the ongoing issues caused by the drivers and the company's failure to address these problems.
I've had a frustrating experience lately. The delivery instructions were not followed at all. After ordering through a platform, the package was handed off to another service, which has become a hassle every time. The instructions clearly state that there is no buzzer at my apartment, yet they still come to a locked door and claim they attempted delivery, which is unacceptable. My contact number is provided for calls or texts, so why not just send a quick message? Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with this service.
This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. I've even reached out to the company to suggest they consider other options. They seem to hold multiple orders for this address, while my daughter-in-law consistently receives her deliveries sooner, often ahead of mine, which is puzzling since they are all sent to the same location. Clearly, their logistics team is disorganized.

Tracking number BAINT000200017736513 Order received by the seller since November 28, 2025. Last tracking update was on December 1, 2025. Today is December 28, and there is still no update on the tracking. This represents a failure in service delivery!
Completely unacceptable service. They have misplaced not one but two of my packages. The tracking indicates they have it, but then on the estimated delivery day, it switches to pending calculations. The first order has been stuck like this for over two weeks, and the second order for a week. No seller should rely on this unreliable service if they can't even fulfill their deliveries.
When bringing on new drivers, it's essential to emphasize that barging in without knocking is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was unwell in bed when the courier arrived and abruptly opened the door as if they had free rein, without knocking, greeting me, or offering any apology for intruding on my privacy, showing no regard for my situation.
