After ordering through a platform, the package was handed off to another service, which has become a hassle every time. The instructions clearly state that there is no buzzer at my apartment, yet they still come to a locked door and claim they attempted delivery, which is unacceptable. My contact number is provided for calls or texts, so why not just send a quick message? Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with this service.
