I told him I could not and that I really needed my package, please don’t leave He lied and said there was no parking for him and he could not deliver and hung up on I called him back and said I had arranged for my neighbour to go down to meet him on short notice. He called back in literally 10 seconds later stating there was no one there. When my neighbour reached downstairs, the driver drove off. I called customer service and that experience was even worst. The customer service agent acted dismissive and seemed quite annoyed with having to listen and answer my questions regarding a solution. He was talking over me and condescending. Can’t get access to speak to a supervisor. When calling Dragonfly there is a recording stating that they will not tolerate any verbal abuse and so on. Well that should have been a clear sign of the quality of service I was about to get, cause their customer service is less than ZERO!!!!!!
