The delivery service is quite ineffective. I have a designated parcel box near my front door labeled 'Parcel box,' yet the drivers refuse to place deliveries out of sight inside. Despite my complaints after each delivery, nothing improves. Today was particularly frustrating as they left the package on the footpath near the letterbox. I'm concerned about the risk of theft and will reach out to the company for assistance.
